After registration and credit purchase, you already able to use our service with the following methods, devices:
1. Computer Windows or Linux based personal computer with headset or microphone and speakers, download and install any VoIP Client software from our Downloads section (X-Lite, Adorephone, Ninja).
2. VoIP Gateway This device connected to your network and to any regular phone. With this option you don't need computer to make and receive calls through the internet.
3. Smartphones The latest Nokia N series and several other models has built-in Wifi or 3G, GPRS and you able to use our service with a client progam called Fring. The software running on the phone and you can choose the person from the phonebook to call anytime hassle free. We also created a remote setting, when you registered, just click on the Fring menu in the Customers Area, choose your cellular brand and type, enter your phone number, and you will receive a link, where you can download the program with the Sure Telecom settings.
4. IP phones Similar to a regular phone, but it connects to your internet and directly to our system. You can configure it with the Sure Telecom service, please see the manufacturer manual how to set it up. The Sure Telecom client id and password sent after registration.
Dialing Rules To call anyone within the Sure Telecom network just call your partner 4 digit public number. This numbers are sent with the registration to each users, and they can share it with their partners and we have a phonebook also in the Customers Area. If you want to call in your country you have to call 00 first then the country code followed with the called number 0044[area code][phone number] So in every case when you call outside of the network you should use international format started with 00.
