If You have registered successfully, You already have a username and password. With the data above, You can enter to the Customers Area in the header menu on our website.

Then please choose the top up by PayPal / Credit card or ATM and follow the options. 

If you have Sure Telecom Topup card, please unwrap it, and enter the serial number and code combination on our website.

On the back of the card You will find a serial number. Enter it the exact way it is on the card, that is, using capital letters and dash. You can find the card number inside the card when You open it, on the right hand side with a notice: top up code. Please enter the numbers correctly!

Please check once more if You entered the numbers correctly!

If the numbers are correct, click on the top up button!

You will be informed about the successful recharge through the website, as You will also receive a notification on the e-mail address You provided.

IMPORTANT!

Your first upload after the registration will be valid for 180 days, and within this time period You can use this amount in its 100%. If You still have credit before the end of the 180 days, You have to top it up in order to have the same amount You had after the registration.

For example, if You had a top up of 60$ after the registration, and on the 179. day You have 5$ left, You will have to upload minimum 60$ once again to have a valid registration. In this way You will have 65$ at Your disposal, and You can use this amount in the next 180 days.
