The new feature allows Sure Telecom extensions to be contacted from the Internet. End users can publish a link on website or include it in email signature. When someone click on this link the system can make the connection between him and the Sure Telecom customer. CallNow Center is an important assistant to support, sales or other customer related people.

Callback function April 20. 2008.
Now you can use the callback service, just login to our website Customers Area and choose Callback to receive an internet call with the dialed party. This solution don't need internet connection under the conversation, only to request the call. Even you can login through mobile phone browser with GPRS.
